What is the difference between a coordinator and planner?
A planner helps you from start to finish with all the details. From design, to vendors, to budgets and everything in between. A coordinator only helps with your day of execution. You plan it all and we show up and make your plans happen!
Why invest in a planner/coordinator?
We recognize that you probably already have ideas and a vision for your wedding day. Hiring a planner helps take stress off your plate, remembering what to do and when, and ensuring nothing is missed. Event planners are well-versed in industry tips and strategies that will align perfectly with your vision. A coordinator is a MUST for every bride. Think about it… you just planned this amazing day but who is going to run it? Not you! A coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that you, your family, and friends can fully enjoy the day and cherish every moment, without having to worry about tasks like lighting candles or cleaning up after a long day.
What are your prices? How do payments work?
We recognize you are booking lots of vendors at once, so we offer customized payment plans. There is an initial down payment of $800 and after that we work with you to figure out dates and payment amounts. We also do not make payments during December, unless you are a December bride. We understand that holidays and wedding planning can become costly. We aim to assist you as much as we can with your budget.

If I hire your team as my wedding planner, will I still have some control over my wedding?
We’re getting married out-of-state. Can you still help us?
Absolutely! We have worked with MANY brides who do destination weddings, or are just simply in other states but want our help! We have traveled to 4 other states outside of Florida to help over 10 brides execute their weddings.
We are getting married in Jacksonville but not currently living there.
We love working with brides who make Jacksonville their wedding location, but life has taken them elsewhere! We have many brides who have planned with us virtually all over the US and even across the sea, and made their days happen here in Florida. We work hard to be available when you come to visit so that we get face-to-face time and the opportunity to complete a venue walk through together. However, we have some pretty great ways to make the planning process easier for you even if you are states (or countries) away! Contact us to learn more.
