For the couple who needs help with everything – from trusted vendor recommendations, to the overall event design and flawless execution on the day of – We are here to be your dedicated bridal bestie and work with you from start to finish. We offer a white-glove level of service while achieving a high-end looking wedding for less. We offer tools that exceed the typical wedding planner role to help you stay on track while avoiding planning fatigue. Includes 60+ hours of help.

Partial Planning

Additionally, this package offers day-of event management to guarantee that your wedding goes smoothly and according to plan. Includes 40+ hours of help.

For the couple who has all the planning handled but needs a professional day-of to step in and ensure everything unfolds according to their vision. We will be by your side the final month leading up to your big day. We will assist you in ensuring that every final detail is arranged, right down to remembering to have a pen for the guest book! Additionally, we will oversee both the setup and breakdown and every moment in between on your big day!

Advisory Services
For the couple who already have the vision for their wedding and have completed most of the planning but require a sounding board to bounce ideas off of during the final stages of the planning process. Think of us as your bridal BFF who you can lean on to help you make wedding decisions along the way. This service does not include day-of coordination or in-person assistance.

- Up to 3 Zoom meetings or phone calls
- Unlimited direct text communication leading up to event
- Unlimited voice memo communication leading up to event

ADD-ON: Behind-the-Scenes Content Creation
For the couple (or bride!) who loves social media and wants all the behind-the-scenes moments from their day. Let’s elevate your wedding experience by incorporating this service into your special day, ensuring that no moment is missed! You get the inside scoop on the creation and setup of your day. This allows you to focus on your guests rather than feeling overwhelmed on the day, trying not to overlook any details.
The items included in our Content Creation Add-On:
- 1 call prior to event
- Up to 10 raw videos (could include table décor setup, candle lighting, venue panning, guest seating display, wedding planner in action, memory table, wedding favors, vendors in action, guests enjoying cocktail hour, etc.)

- 3 Instagram Reels created with content we captured, ready for you to post

ADD-ON: Wedding Events
Work with us to create a memorable wedding weekend, that goes beyond just the wedding day. Chances are you’re already organizing extra events and special touches for your guests. Welcome parties, Goodbye brunches, and other gatherings are now common features of wedding weekends. These additional events are often left to the last minute or assigned to other family members. As the wedding day gets closer, these details may not receive the full attention they deserve. Allow us to take these extra events off your to-do list, allowing you to concentrate on staying stress-free as possible leading up to your special day.
